i received a letter from the Ministry of Finance saying i owe $25,480.00 because i didn’t fill out vacancy ( a declaration of speculation and vacancy tax). Can you help me. I have sent register letter as i’ve had trouble with my computer until the last time – computer can not be fixed – i do not want to send my sin number over net. (les moyer – lesm@telus.net)
